Located in Régiposta Street, this high-floor 170m2 modern luxury apartment with a balcony is located in Régiposta Street. The property is located next to Váci Street, with windows overlooking Szervita Square. It is characterized by a unique atmosphere thanks to the ceiling lights and 3D space sculptures designed here. We tried to build an apartment that was thought out and elaborated in every little detail.

During the reconstruction, a 73m2 living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a bar counter were located in this real bourgeois apartment that satisfies all needs. The use of quality materials ensures the atmosphere of a prestigious apartment, such as Italian-Spanish tiles Grespana, Gardenia, Duravit, Grohe sanitary ware, and Alf Italia wood inlaid furniture and Marburg wallpapers.

The use of environmentally conscious lighting technology played an important role in the design, so all lighting is provided by LED light sources. The interior doors shine in their original shine Maple wood is handmade, making sure that the original style is preserved when remanufactured.

Underfloor heating and wall heating were installed in the apartment, which received a separate mobile thermostat for temperature control in each room.
